How I made my first 500k

It was one of those days on Facebook. I was chatting and going through my Facebook account when a saw a post on WhatsApp training on how to make bar soaps, liquid soaps, disinfectants etc. I checked the post and the content was wao expect for the part that said the whole training is just 1k that's one thousand naira. I said to myself "these scammers have come again" I said that because I know how much it will cost me to learn all those things because I made some enquiries months back and the man that was to train me told me I will pay 50k for him to train me. I just scroll and pass the post. Few days later, I saw this same post again. This time I was like, there is no harm in trying and every business is risky. I decided to risk my 1k for the training. I said to myself; if I get trained, good if it was scam, I know I have tried to learn a skill. I clicked on the link, paid up for the class and I was added to the group. Training started the next day. It was really fun. More than I expected because I was imaging how a WhatsApp group training will be. I must say that I was surprised. Who have I been talking about. I am talking about the CEO of Joyous Multipurpose Enterprise. After the training I felt so empowered. I bought the first chemicals i used to produce 30litres of liquid soap for a start from her and she waybilled it to me. I followed the steps and procedures to make the liquid soap. After making it, I packed it well because she also taught us about packing properly. After I packed my products, my first customers was my neighbor's. I sold my products at a prize #50 less than our popular dish wash. I won't mention names. When they found out how good and of high quality my liquid dish wash is, they never stopped coming to buy more and I still maintained the quality of my products. My second customers were shoo owners in my streets. I went to every shop telling them about my products and how much I am offering it for. Some of them were scared of purchasing a liquid soap without a popular name but they couldn't withstand my marketing skills. I also offered a deal to them " I will come back after two weeks to collect my money or the products if not sold" that way, they couldn't resist. I didn't forget to leave my number with them ooh. Guess what happened. After two weeks, three of the shop owners called me. Products have been sold and one of them said some of her customers want the soap in bigger containers like 5 litres gallon. So, I wanted to go and collect my money from those that called so, i decided to use the opportunity and check on every shop with my products. Some of them gave nice reviews from their customers although not all of them have sold out. It was a good start I said to myself. I said it was time to move to the next phase. I bought ingredients for shampoo, hair conditioner and hair cream production. I supplied these to those stores too but this time I included every hair salon my eyed could see. I made my shampoo and hair conditioner different from other familiar shampoos by adding peppermint and menthol. (I learnt it in the class). All those hair salons like my products because their customers gave nice Reviews on them. Gradually, before I know what was happening, I had 50k in my account within one month. Me that use to be broke and waiting on my parents or boyfriend to send Me money. I was happy within me. Did I tell you that I make 2times my cost of production as profit from each batch? Yes! It was that paying. Now I gradually moved to bar soaps for Washing and bathing. From there to organic body lotion and hair products production. By now, I have created my social media accounts to start getting customers online.
